The knowledgeable management experts at CAS are committed to providing our customers with high-quality management and oversight. We meet your program and infrastructure needs by offering comprehensive support that aligns to all phases of the program life-cycle. We provide experienced, trusted advisors to programs of all sizes in the federal and DOD sectors, delivering unique and cost-efficient solutions wherever those customers operate.

Capabilities

CAS offers expertise in eight core lines of business:

To maintain dominance in the 21st century the Department of Defense must be on the vanguard of technical innovation. As outlined in the 2019 DoD Digital Modernization Strategy, this approach involves investment in cutting edge tools and technology to achieve its goal.

However, modernization requires more than merely adopting new tools and technologies; it requires a COMPLETE culture shift.

As DoD customers seek to modernize their activities, there is a growing need for service providers who can offer holistic services that encompass all aspects of the modernization process, from tools and technologies, to environments, methodologies, culture and vision.

CAS unifies all these aspects into a single turn-key service, which we are calling Modernization as a Service (MaaS).

Well established IT is recognized as the key differentiator between any program’s success and failure. We provide transformative IT solutions for our customers that accent their mission and meet the rapid demands of a dynamic environment, all at maximum cost-efficiency for our customers.

Sound records management relies on proper documentation and accountability integrated with transformative technology. The retention of historical records is essential to the growth and development of future processes and policies. We offer our customers answers for their assets with no complications.

Language and cultural training plays a vital role in bridging the gap between cultures and mission objectives across the globe. Understanding is mission-essential. We provide English Language Training (ELT) CONUS and OCONUS, as well as transcription, translation, and linguistic analysis.

Detailed coordination of complex operations involving many people, facilities, or supplies can be one of the core challenges of any organization. Proper management of complex actions can reduce cost and mitigate risk. We provide logistics and fleet infrastructure support, assisting locations with security, chain of custody, condition assessments, asset, personnel, and fleet management, as well as infrastructures and information.

Intelligence provides the basis for policy or decisions. It ensures that responsible and rational actions are undertaken every day by people, organizations, and businesses around the world. We provide studies and analyses, technology planning, and capability assessments to support a range of functions. We also provide support on numerous initiatives to include research services and technical support, program assessments and evaluations, trend analysis, and subject matter expertise.

Streamlined and reliable communications equipment and software is essential to enhancing productivity and response times in mission-critical environments. We provide integrated logistics support in the service of high-value, technically complex inspection, detection, and surveillance devices. Our services include equipment inventory management, corrective and preventative maintenance, and repair.

A robust training and development program ensures that students and professionals have a consistent experience and background knowledge. Proper training techniques and curriculums increase innovation in developing new strategies and processes, and increase the effectiveness of all personnel. We offer a full-lifecycle training capability encompassing curriculum development; in-classroom, virtual, and distance learning; and simulation education and training delivery analysis.
